What Is Family Navigation?
Family Navigation is Better2gether's model system, providing personalized, one-on-one support for families of children with rare and complex medical conditions throughout Central Virginia.
Our Family Navigator partners with parents and caregivers to help them overcome the everyday challenges that come with caring for a medically complex child. Every family's journey is unique, so every plan of support is, too.
Whether a family is facing a new diagnosis or navigating years of ongoing care, we're here to help them find answers, access resources, and feel supported every step of the way.
