Recently, Dylan underwent brain surgery—a day filled with uncertainty for his parents, India and Shirley. To let them know they weren't facing that difficult day alone, Better2gether Family Navigator Jenn Smith stopped by the hospital with breakfast and coffee. It wasn't a grand gesture.
