1. Can you share a bit about what inspired your company to get involved with Better2gether and support families with medically complex children?

Better2gether's mission resonated with us because it supports families facing extraordinary challenges with compassion, practical assistance, and a strong sense of community. The organization's focus on helping families of medically complex children aligns closely with our values of care, resilience, and supporting people through life's difficult moments.

What sets Better2gether apart is its deeply personal approach. The organization doesn't just provide services—it creates a community where families feel seen, supported, and understood. Better2gether recognizes that caring for a medically complex child impacts every aspect of a family's life, and it offers support that addresses both practical needs and emotional well-being. The organization's ability to build meaningful connections while delivering tangible assistance makes its impact truly unique.

3. Are there any specific moments or stories from your partnership with Better2gether that have been particularly impactful or memorable?

Two experiences stand out. First, participating in the holiday adoption program provided our employees with a direct opportunity to support individual families and children. Seeing teams come together to fulfill wish lists and bring joy during the holidays was incredibly meaningful. Second, the Halloween Hustle has always been a special event because it brings together families, supporters, volunteers, and sponsors in a celebration of community and hope. Witnessing the strength and positivity of the families Better2gether serves is both inspiring and humbling.

4. How has your company's partnership with Better2gether influenced your approach to community engagement, giving back, and supporting families with medical complexities?

Our partnership with Better2gether has reinforced the importance of combining financial support with employee engagement. Our support from a holistic view allows us to see firsthand how impactful it can be when employees are given opportunities to connect with a mission beyond simply writing a check. Better2gether has helped us better understand the challenges families with medically complex children navigate every day, inspiring us to seek out community partnerships that create both meaningful impact and opportunities for personal involvement.

5. What would you say to encourage other companies to partner with Better2gether and support its mission?

I would encourage other organizations to get involved because Better2gether delivers real, measurable impact while also creating meaningful opportunities for employee engagement. The organization is transparent, mission-driven, and deeply connected to the families it serves. Whether through sponsorships, volunteer opportunities, or special programs, companies can see the positive difference their support makes in the lives of local families.

Strong communities benefit everyone. Businesses have an opportunity—and in many ways a responsibility—to help address challenges that affect local families. Organizations like Better2gether provide critical support that can significantly improve quality of life for families facing difficult circumstances. 7. How has your partnership with Better2gether influenced your team or company culture?

Our partnership has strengthened our culture of service and giving. Employees appreciate opportunities to support causes where they can see the direct impact of their involvement. Whether participating in the Halloween Hustle, supporting holiday gift drives, or learning more about the families Better2gether serves, these experiences foster teamwork, empathy, and a shared sense of purpose. They remind us that small acts of generosity can make a significant difference in someone's life.

8. Are there any upcoming projects or events (Hustle 5K!!) with Better2gether that you're particularly excited about?

We are especially excited to serve as the Presenting Sponsor of this year's Halloween Hustle 5K. The event is a wonderful opportunity to bring together employees, families, community members, and supporters around an important cause. We look forward to expanding our involvement, increasing employee participation, and helping make this year's event the most successful yet. The Halloween Hustle is a great example of how a community can come together to celebrate, raise awareness, and support families who benefit from Better2gether's programs throughout the year.
